To access your Mint Administration System online, you need a PC or Apple Mac that is capable of browsing the internet, and internet access.
Check coverage in the most frequently used areas by referring to the carrier’s websites. Alternatively customers can call the customer service centres for their respective service provider.

Your Mint warranty covers only the printer/card reader and Mint software application. For questions relating to any third-party hardware components (such as BlackBerrys or Windows-based PDA phones), please refer to the manufacturer or the place where you bought your PDA phone.
The Mint software that you load to your mobile device is approximately 400KB in size for a BlackBerry and approximately 2MB for a Windows Mobile device.
You can avoid paying mobile data download fees with a Windows Mobile device by using your home internet connection to download it to your PC and then transferring it to your mobile device via Active Sync and then installing it on your mobile phone. This doesn’t take very long and we show you how to do this in your initial training session.
No – Mint is an online service so there’s no impact on your company IT network, as such it’s very quick and easy to implement. If you want Mint to integrate with your existing applications, this can be done easily through one of our partners – simply talk to Mint about this.
